Job Title: Channel Operation Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Channel Operation Assistant to join our team.
For this position we are searching for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales, business development, and channel management. You will receive training and hands-on experience while working with local partners and international teams.
Job Location: Athens, Greece
Main Responsibilities:
Support the development and management of relationships with local distributors and business partners.
Assist with daily sales operations, including order follow-up, product information, and partner communication.
Support local marketing activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business decisions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth cooperation with local partners.
Gradually develop skills in sales, negotiation, market analysis, and business development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related technical fields.
Good command of English for daily communication and business cooperation.
Greek language proficiency.
Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and interest in developing a career in international business.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams and partners.
Familiarity with MS Office tools.
