Job Title: Graduate Procurement Engineer
Job Location: Athens, Greece
We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Procurement team and support both general procurement activities and engineering-related procurement projects. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with an interest in supplier management, technical products, and procurement processes.
The successful candidate will support supplier qualification, supplier selection, contract and document management, quality coordination, and daily communication with suppliers. Working closely with procurement, engineering, and business teams, the candidate will develop expertise in managing suppliers and sourcing solutions for technical and commercial requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Support supplier qualification and selection processes, including collecting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier documentation.
Assist with technical and commercial supplier evaluations in cooperation with engineering and procurement teams.
Support procurement activities for engineering and telecom-related products, solutions, and services.
Manage supplier documentation, including certifications, compliance documents, technical specifications, and quality records.
Support contract administration and maintain procurement-related records and databases.
Communicate with suppliers regarding technical documents, quotations, delivery updates, and other daily procurement topics.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, project, and business teams to ensure supplier requirements are fulfilled.
Assist in supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
Support daily procurement operations and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; no previous procurement experience is required.
Interest in developing a career in procurement, supplier management, and technical sourcing.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams and suppliers.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English.
