Job Title: IP Network Senior Engineer

Job Location: Athens, Greece

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Network High-Level and Low-Level Design documents
• Co-ordinate the implementation of technical solutions
• Prepare and execute acceptance tests
• Communication and co-ordination with customer
• Provide support in the day-to-day activation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Datacom elements
• Monitor and maintain the quality standards of all installation/activation or related service delivery
• Prepare data configuration files according to design documents
• Provide assistance to other engineers or departments
• Reporting to project team or customer
• Manage the technical issues and customer expectations
• Assist in the datacom team members management
• Provide the contracted customer support services according to established processes like Emergency support, Service Request handling, Software upgrading, Network maintenance etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Datacom Network Projects preferably with Huawei equipment and enterprise business domain involvement
• Preferably has Huawei datacom post-sale certifications
• University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree
• Fluent in English
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to travel
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization
